How do students connect their device to the WiFi at Hagley College?


Each student at Hagley College can connect two devices to the school WiFi via a Connection Key. Each Connection Key can only be used once. Here are the steps: 

Step 1

Go to Portal.hagley.school.nz then select the green “Wi-Fi” tile:


Step 2
Enter your school username (firstname.lastname) and password and select "Sign In"


Step 3
Click “Get Key”


Step 4
Copy (Ctrl C) the text of the Wireless Key. 

Step 5
Click on your WiFi connection and select “HCC BYOD” Wifi
Paste (Ctrl V) the Wireless Key.

What is Hagley College Impact Project?




 


Impact Project 2020 13IPP  

Course outline:
Impact Project puts students at the centre of their project work. Students will investigate successful projects, then develop a brief for their own project, create conceptual designs and then either create or raise awareness for their project. Students will learn about design thinking and understanding how to solve problems and to think critically while working on their projects. Project work can be completed individually or in groups.
